How can I place an order on AlifJewelz?

To place an order:

  2. Browse and select your jewellery

  3. Add items to your Shopping Bag

  4. Proceed to Checkout

  5. Enter shipping and billing details

  6. Choose payment method

  7. Confirm your order


How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from AlifJewelz confirming that we have received your order.


I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Order confirmation emails are usually sent within 15 minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder.

If you still cannot find it, log in to My Account → My Orders to check your order status.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed because we begin processing them quickly to ensure fast delivery.


Can I change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify:

  • Product selection

  • Quantity

  • Delivery method

  • Payment method

Please review your order carefully before confirming.


Can I add more items to my order later?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be combined with another order or modified.

If the address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us by the courier. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
