1-Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

  1.1-Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  1.2-Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  1.3-Original invoice or order confirmation is required.

2-Non-Returnable Items

  2.1-Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  2.2-Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  2.3-Sale or discounted items

3-Damaged or Incorrect Items

  3.1-If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery

        with clear photos/videos.

  3.2-Approved cases will be exchanged or refunded accordingly.

4-Return Shipping

  4.1-Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the mistake is

        from our side.
