Customized or made-to-order jewellery may take 5–10 business days to process.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

AlifJewelz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect address details.

Shipping Within Pakistan

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or mentioned clearly on product pages.

International shipping is available to selected countries in Asia (Except India, Europe, Middle East (Except Israel), UK, USA, and Canada.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned.
